Freight / Delivery and handling

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the product and the delivery area. We will email the shipping cost to you, your credit card will not be processed until we receive your approval for the total cost including shipping.


Insurance

Insurance for damage during transportation is not covered unless you have requested and paid an insurance premium.

Despatch & Delivery

Ford Classic Spares will despatch your order within 2 working days, subject to availability of the part.

Our despatch department will advise you if there is any hold up on your order.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order by using our Contact Page or phone 07 3823 1098 within 24 hours after you place the order. There will be a 10% processing fee.

We will charge for delivery and return if the order has been picked up by our transport company.

The reverse charge of your credit card will take approximately 10 working days.
