3 month warranty

During the warranty period, Ford Classic Spares will Repair / Replace / Refund at its option, when it has been determined by Ford Classic Spares at its sole discretion, that the product has failed due to defective materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover failure due to improper installation or maintenance, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications or alteration, freight charges, cost of removal or replacement, losses due to downtime of the vehicle, normal wear and tear, and any subsequent or consequential damages.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and/or representations expressed or implied, including, without limitations, warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose and all other liabilities, including special or consequential damages, in connection with the sale or use of any Ford Classic Spares product. Any warranties implied by law are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty except in those states where prohibited by law.
The manufacturer, distributor and retailer are NOT responsible for any misuse for the products sold. Any use of the product other than its intended purpose voids any warranty given.

If the goods are resold, or products manufactured using the goods are sold by purchaser, the purchaser shall hold such part of the proceeds of any such sale as represents the invoice price of the goods sold or used in the manufacture for the goods sold in a separate identifiable account as the beneficial property of the vendor and shall pay such amount to the vendor upon request. Notwithstanding the provisions above the vendor shall be entitled to maintain an action against the purchaser for the purchase price and the risk of the goods shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery.

Return Policies:

Freight costs derived from the product(s) return will NOT be the responsibility of Ford Classic Spares.

Refund Policy:

Products must be returned;
1. Within 14 days of purchase.
2. Be in their original packaging and not to be modified in any way.
3. Prior notification of return must be arranged with Ford Classic Spares
4. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
5. A processing charge of 10% will be applied to all approved refunds.
6. Delivery and return freight will be charged.
7. Refund would be made only after returned parts are received.

Parts Replacement and Repair:

1. Sufficient packing is required to prevent transportation damage.
2. Prior notification of returns must be arranged with Ford Classic Spares.
3. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. No processing fee will apply if it has been proven that the product failed due to the defective materials or workmanship.
